The Infamous Thumbprint Cookie

For those of you in the Macon, you have likely been in The Casserole Shop over the years and had some of their infamous thumbprint cookies. They are literally the shape and nearly the size of one’s thumbprint. Just the right amount of cookie topped with icing goodness.

 

However, when I went in this past weekend- I discovered they had transformed this cookie in to something larger. Literally.

 

 

 

 

 

They made the thumbprint cookie larger and with different flavors. Like, lemon- made from real lemons (which you can for sure taste in the icing) and blueberry and strawberry and orange and cherry. All made from real fruit. You can tell- I promise.

 

Go in there and check it out! I’m a fan- and that should say something. (And they didn’t even make it past my car!)
