Southern Style: Dressing For Football

Those of us in the South like to dress up for football. (Well, most of us.)

I just love seeing all the people in their team colors. Men in colorful pants and ladies in their dresses. Gingham and seersucker galore. Bowties and pearls. And what’s even more fun is taking an item that may not be an obvious college football themed piece and making it so with accessories:

But it can be overwhelming trying to FIND those outfits! Here’s some of our favorites via Instagram:

In two weeks I’ll be leaving for a ten day Mission trip to Kenya, Africa. While there our Mission Team will have the opportunity to serve at feeding centers, minister to and teach children the gospel & assist at a Clinic which serves over 600 people a week. While those are the primary focuses of our trip we will also be doing several other things to help meet the needs and share Christ in a highly Muslim area. I am still a few hundred dollars short of being fully funded for this trip. With that being said, for the remainder of June, proceeds from jewelry orders will be going toward this trip. If you have friends/family who have a birthday or special occasion coming up in the near future, or if you would like to get a jump start on Christmas gifts, this would be a great way to share God’s word with them while contributing to a great mission at the same time. You are welcome to message/text me with your order or check out the Etsy page (link in bio). I truly believe that with God on our side, together we can help bring God’s love to the people of Kenya, Africa. ❤️
